Voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions are provided via "City Navigator" technology, with over six million "Points Of Interest" that can be specified at the users discretion. Two and three-dimensional maps are available with shaded contours in the latter for simulated elevation levels, all of which with full zooming support for optimal locational gauging. "HotFix" satellite technology is also included to provide the most accurate positioning possible, with a predictive function that takes over when the unit loses signal strength.
