There are four individual ink cartridges, which allow you to replace only the one color you need instead of buying combined cartridges. The Stylus NX305 has a high-speed black/white and color fax. As is characteristic of Epsons printers, the Stylus NX305 includes environmentally-oriented features: manual two-sided printing, Energy Star qualification and RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliance are all offered here. Features High-speed fax 30 page Automatic Document Feeder Smudge resistant prints Easy-to-use control panel 4 individual ink cartridges USB cable included Manual 2-sided printing ... PROS: (1) changing the individual ink cartridges is very simple, no tricky latches or special angles to negotiate (2) printing is good quality, clear edges in the text (3) document feeder is very reliable, can handle small stacks of paper without jams (4) scanner takes high-quality images of the document, faithful reproductions (5) ink cartridges are individually very cheap ... CONS: (1) printing can take a long time, even on simple prints (2) goes through ink unusually quickly (3) if any of the cartridges are low, it wont print at all
