The AX Pro is the top-of-the-line gaming headset from Tritton, designed for use with Mac, PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. The headset also supports any device with an optical digital audio output or analog 3.5mm ports. The AX PRO features Dolby Digital decoding of 5.1-channel audio for a three-dimensional effect via 8 individual speakers. The headset improves upon its predecessor, the AX360, with a new, more powerful subwoofer. The AX Pro features a backlit inline audio controller allowing independent adjustment of each speakers volume, and of chat and game volume. The microphone is rigid and detachable, allowing the AX Pro to be used as high-end headphones for watching movies.
